Fred Sirieix welcomes another two street-food brands to Manchester, where the owners pitch their businesses to high-street investors in the hope of opening their own restaurants. Up this week are Finca, a Cuban street-food brand whose founders Oli, Joe and Michael are looking to secure £150,000 to open in their home town of Liverpool. Meanwhile, former waitress Chelsea Campbell hopes to tap into the increasing number of adults eating less meat with her vegan junk-food idea Wholesome Junkies.
